How far in advance should we book?

Although we are a large company which caterers for many events weekends and peak dates can fill up well in advance. It is not unusual for key dates to be booked out 2-3 months in advance. As soon as you know your date it is highly recommended you place a hold on it immediately to avoid  disappointment.

Do we have to pay for everyone at our event even if some will not be drinking?

For open bar packages Liquid Infusion prices its packages on a typical event which takes into consideration not every single person will be drinking. On the same token we do not charge you extra for the percentage of big drinkers. If you have a large amount of small or non drinkers a consumption or bar tab option may provide better value.

We don’t really know how many people will be at our event.

It is ok to give an approximate amount of guest when booking, then provide the final count closer to the date. We do need an accurate estimate seven days prior to the event to ensure we can properly stock and staff the function. If you will not have a clear understanding of how many guests will be attending a bar tab or consumption package may be for you.

What do we need to supply for Liquid Infusion?

Liquid Infusion packages are designed to to be completely hassle free for the client. We will bring all bar equipment, stock and servingware. Our Light-up Bars even come with a kitchen sink! We usually only need access to a powerpoint and a water supply. When using other types of bars we may need to use a sink area, or have easy access to a tap.
